Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter until tender.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Gradually add stock, stirring and cook slowly until medium thick.
    Season to taste and set aside to cool.
