Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. crawfish tails
1 lb. cheese (8 oz. Velveeta and 8 oz. jalapeno cheese)
16 oz. fettucini boiled
1 can cream of mushroom soup or celery
1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. parsley
1 pt. half and half
3 chopped onions
1 c. green onions
3 stalks celery
2 chopped bell peppers
6 cloves garlic
1 stick oleo
2 or 3 ??? Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute all seasonings in butter.
Add soup.
Stir in flour. Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Add crawfish.
Cook on low fire 10 minutes. Add parsley, cheese, milk and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
You may freeze and bake when ready to serve.
