Golumpki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    tomato juice (optional)
    1 c. rice
    1 onion, chopped
    ground meat
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare the cabbage by coring it, then pour boiling water into it.
    Carefully remove leaves, using the tough outside and any broken pieces to line the pot.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    You may pour tomato juice over the leaves before baking.
