Frosty Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. apple or lemon jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon or apple juice
    1 1/2 c. diced apples
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Beat with a wire whisk until blended.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in undrained pineapple, apples, celery and nuts. Chill until firm.
    Use a 6 cup mold.
