Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Mess of greens (turnip, mustard or collards)
    2 quarts water
    2 inch cube salt pork
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    Wash greens thoroughly.
    Strip leaves from stems.
    Put greens in a pot and add water, salt pork and salt.
    Cover tightly, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender.
    The longer they cook - the better they taste.
