Manicotti(Power Level: High, 100%; Total Cooking Time: 13 To 16 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (1/4 lb.) manicotti shells, cooked and drained
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 c. dry cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Place ground beef in a 1-quart casserole.
    Add onion, salt, garlic, parsley, basil and oregano.
    Microwave on High (100%) for 3 to 4 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Drain off excess grease.
