Grandma'S Lime Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can evaporated milk, whipped and chilled in freezer for short time
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, powdered sugar and butter. Place 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix cheese (room temperature), sugar and vanilla.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water and add to cheese mixture immediately.
    Stir with fork until combined.
    Beat chilled evaporated milk until fluffy.
    Fold into jello-cheese mixture. Pour into crumb lined pan, add remaining crumbs to top and refrigerate overnight.
