Cheap Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    8 to 10 chopped scallions
    14 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
    1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    seasoning salt (I use Morton Nature's Seasons)
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter. Add scallions and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove solids and leave juices in pan. Raise heat to medium.
    Add wine and scrape pan. Add sour cream.
    Do not boil now or it will separate. Blend well.
    Pour over chicken on platter and serve. Serves 2 to 4.
