Summer Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cabbage (2 to 3 lb.), shredded
Preparation

Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, celery seed, mustard seed, sugar and dry mustard.
Shake or beat well.
Pour over cabbage and let it stand for about 1 hour.
