Devil'S Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add milk, shortening, eggs and vanilla.
    Blend ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for about 3 minutes.
    Spray 2 (9-inch) pans or a 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for layers and 35 to 40 minutes for large cake.
    Cake is done when tester comes out of center clean.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
    Cool completely.
    Frost with Mocha Cream Frosting.
