Green Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

In a small amount of water, cook frozen peas until tender. Drain and set aside. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Stir in flour, sugar, paprika, salt, Worcestershire sauce and evaporated milk. Stir and cook until smooth and thickened. Add your peas and serve.
