Baked Broccoli With Cheese And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli florets
    2 cloves garlic
    taste of black pepper
    white or yellow cheese (6 slices for top)
    2 good size tomatoes
    about 1/2 lb. penne-sized macaroni, cooked to taste
    1/3 c. Italian cheese, grated
    1/2 c. olive or corn oil
Preparation
    Brown cut up garlic with oil to light brown.
    Put in broccoli. Add 1/2 cup water in pot and cook, covered, 6 to 8 minutes.
    Add Italian cheese.
    Mix. Take out of pot.
    Place in appropriate size baking pan.
    Mix with macaroni.
    You can add a few slices of cheese.
    Even out and place sliced cheese on top of tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1/2 hour.
    Cover with foil while baking.
