Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. chopped pimento
    2/3 c.+ chopped pecans
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese, then beat it with mixer.
    Add Cheddar cheese, then the next 8 ingredients.
    Beat until creamy.
    Chill for several hours.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll ball in pecans and/or paprika.
