Chicken Livers Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Clean and cut livers into halves.
    Saute in butter in frypan over low heat until lightly browned. Remove livers.
    Add flour; stir. Add water. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add salt and livers.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
