Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large mushrooms or 2 portabello mushrooms
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. celery, finely diced
1/4 c. onion, finely diced
6 oz. crabmeat
1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. chicken broth with 1/8 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. breadcrumbs
slices of Provolone cheese
Preparation

Cook mushrooms without stems in an ovenproof baking dish under the broiler for 3 minutes.
