Mushroom Meat Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients except the soup and form into balls which are not too compact.
Sprinkle with flour and brown well in hot fat.
Over these, pour the can of soup diluted with 1/2 cup water.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
