Macaroni-Beef Skillet Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
dash of pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or dash of chili powder
Preparation

Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
Saute ground beef, onion and garlic in oil until meat loses its pink color and onions are tender.
Add pepper and remaining ingredients except macaroni.
Bring mixture to a boil, then simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
Mix in cooked macaroni and simmer for 5 more minutes or until heated through.
Serves 4 to 6.
