Anisette Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (large)
2 tsp. anise extract
1/2 c. milk
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Mix butter and sugar.
Add eggs, anise and milk.
Then mix flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
You can add confectioners sugar when cooled.
