Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, diced and boiled
    1 large onion, diced and boiled
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 c. vegetable water (potato)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chicken broth (dry; to taste)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and onion until tender.
    Drain and save 1 cup water.
    Combine butter, flour, milk and vegetable water to make a thin sauce.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Serve warm.
