Tom'S Easy Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ground meat
2 medium diced onions
4 cans kidney beans
4 cans whole stewed tomatoes
2 cans Ro-Tel (1 can for mild)
1 Tbsp. diced garlic
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chili powder or to taste
Preparation
-
In large pot (8 to 10-quart), simmer ground meat until fully cooked.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, for a minimum of 1 hour.
Stir often.
