Open Line Aloha Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Cream the margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Stir in the mashed bananas.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to mixture.
    Stir until mixed.
    Add the pineapple and coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
