Ben'S Chocolate Cake Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
2/3 c. sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and chopped

Preparation

Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour mixture and mix well.
Stir in sauerkraut.
