Emerald Isle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chocolate ready crust
    2 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
    1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. mint extract
    3 drops green food coloring
Preparation
    In bowl cream the cream cheese and combine with pudding and milk and stir until smooth.
    Add mint, coloring and chocolate chips.
    Pile into pie shell and chill.
    Decorate top with shamrock or other designs.
