Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. mashed ripe banana
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, cream cheese and margarine.
Mix at medium speed until well blended.
Blend in bananas and eggs.
Add combined remaining ingredients, mixing until just moistened.
Fold in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
