Venison Steak - cooking recipe

1 to 2 lb. venison steak
1/4 c. grape jelly
1/4 c. Heinz 57 steak sauce
2 c. water
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except venison steak in a large bowl. Tenderize venison steak and place on foil in a shallow baking dish.
Pour mixture over steak and seal foil.
Bake for 2 hours in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
