Curried Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. turkey breast
    1/2 lb. chopped celery
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook turkey breast overnight on high in crock-pot.
    Cool, remove from bone and cube, approximately 1/4 to 1/8-inch size. Add and mix the 4 other ingredients.
    Keep refrigerated until serving.
