Cream Chicken Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 pieces chicken (preferably breasts)
butter
1 qt. sweet milk

Preparation

Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
Place in roaster. Dot with butter, then pour milk over it.
Bake until tender. Makes delicious gravy.
