Vegetable Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. young peas
    1 c. string beans, diced
    2 zucchini, sliced
    3 new potatoes, diced
    few leaves Boston lettuce
    1 bay leaf
    4 onions, chopped
    6 young carrots, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 sprig parsley
    1 sprig chervil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Oil the bottom of the cookware.
    Add the onions and place the leaves of the lettuce on top.
    Add peas, beans, carrots, potatoes, zucchini and the herbs.
    Add water, if necessary, cover tightly and cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
    Season to taste.
