Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed persimmon pulp
    1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix shortening and egg.
    Put all dry ingredients in sifter and sift into shortening and egg mixture.
    Add everything else.
    Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
    Bake until light brown.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes (approximately).
