Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. bananas, mashed
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients; set aside.
    In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together.
    Gradually add flour mixture until it is well blended.
    Add your bananas, nuts and milk; mix well.
    Your batter will be thick.
    Use loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Turn out onto a rack to cool.
