Canning Hot Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
little alum
peppers
Preparation
-
Wash and scald jars.
Wash peppers (leave whole).
Pack in jars loosely.
Mix and heat remaining ingredients.
Pour over peppers.
Seal.
