Crunchy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    4 c. diced, cooked chicken
    8 servings Stove-top dressing, prepared
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling water for 15 minutes; drain.
    In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
    Stir in flour; then add broth, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
    Lower heat and add cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat; stir in chicken and carrots.
    Spread in shallow 2-quart casserole. Spread stuffing over chicken mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 8 (1 cup) servings.
