Baked Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1/2 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese plus 2 Tbsp.
    2 Tbsp. cream cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    garlic, salt and pepper (optional, but good!)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except 2 tablespoons of Mozzarella cheese for top.
    Spread in pan.
    Top with remaining 2 tablespoons of Mozzarella cheese for top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
    Eat with stone Wheat Thins.
