Crunchy Cereal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. regular rolled oats (not quick cooking)
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped peanuts
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together oats, nuts, seeds, milk and wheat germ.
    Combine sugar, cinnamon and oil, stirring until smooth.
    Mix with dry ingredients and spread mixture on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with vanilla and allow to cool.
    Mixture keeps well if stored in an airtight container.

    16 (1/3 cup) servings. Approximate calories/serving:
