Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lima beans
    short rib (lean)
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Season short rib with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Place in Dutch oven.
    Barely cover with water.
    Boil (covered) gently for 1/2 hour.
    Add 1 large onion (sliced), 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 bottle ketchup.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    Add water if necessary.
