Carnival Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
1 c. Karo syrup
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
7 1/2 qt. popcorn
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix the oleo, sugar, syrup and salt together.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
Remove from fire and add soda and the pecans.
Then pour over the popcorn and stir real good. Put in a roaster pan and cook for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, at 250\u00b0.
