Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon puree
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs, then puree.
    Sift dry ingredients. Add milk and dry ingredients alternately.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
