Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. water
2 medium potatoes, cut in julienne strips
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
2 c. diced crab meat or imitation crab meat
1/2 c. evaporated milk
4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Saute onion and butter; add remaining ingredients.
Cook uncovered 12 minutes.
Sprinkle over potatoes, 2 tablespoons flour.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer on low heat 30 minutes.
