Veggie Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bulgur wheat, softened in hot water, then drained
    1 c. raw quick brown rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
    1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. nonfat shredded yellow cheese
    1/2 c. nonfat shredded white cheese
    3 egg whites
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. quick oats
    1 small can mushroom pieces, drained and chopped
    1/3 c. dry milk powder
    2 Tbsp. beef bouillon crystals
    paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Add dry bread crumbs, if needed, to thicken. Shape into patties and fry in pan coated with vegetable spray.
