Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained thoroughly
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated or finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    2 packets Sweet 'N Low (can add more if you prefer sweeter)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except 1 cup of nuts). Roll into a ball and refrigerate until chilled; can be overnight or longer. Before serving, roll cheese ball into remaining chopped nuts. Serve with favorite crackers (Wheat Thins or Ritz are very good).
