Teriyaki Tuna, Halibut Or Shark - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tuna, halibut or shark steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 1 lb.)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sake or dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. grated ginger root
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place fish in a baking dish large enough to hold the fish in a single layer.
