Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. butter
2 (16 oz.) powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add sugar and oil, stirring in dry ingredients until moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas.
Spoon into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Remove and cool.
