Never-Fail Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground beef
    1 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
    2 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    2 soup cans of water
Preparation
    Brown meat. Drain and combine with rice, celery, soy sauce and mushrooms. Combine soup and water. Blend into meat mixture. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 1 1/2 hrs. Serves 6-8.
