Whipping Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) sweet creamery butter (not margarine)
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, unwhipped
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Let butter soften to room temperature.
    Cream the sugar and butter well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add flour alternately with whipping cream. Add vanilla. Start baking in a cold oven in tube or Bundt pan. Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
