Autumn Chili Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. rigatoni
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    15 oz. crushed tomatoes
    6 oz. tomato paste
    shredded cheese
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped red pepper
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook and drain rigatoni.
    In a large skillet, brown beef and drain.
    Add onion, peppers and spices.
    Cook until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
    In 2-quart casserole, toss rigatoni with meat mixture.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
