Firehouse Meat Loaf(Made On The Spot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. hamburger
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped fine
    2 slices wheat bread, broken in small pieces
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well, forming 2 loaves or 3 will take shorter baking time. Place in baking dish, small roaster or foil pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, the last half hour uncovered, or bake until brown on top.
    Drain excess grease.
