Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    3 qt. water
    10 oz. dry noodles
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 large chopped onion
    3 tsp. flour
    1 c. broth
    1 c. canned milk
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done, then remove from water (reserve 1 cup of broth).
    Cook noodles in remaining broth.
    Remove chicken from bones; add chicken to noodles and broth.
    In saucepan, cook remaining ingredients (except pimento) together to make gravy. Combine chicken, noodles, broth, gravy and pimentos in a large baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
