Crunchy Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can tuna
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. shredded carrots
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1/2 c. cream, whipped
    2 c. shoestring potatoes (canned)
    lettuce
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over tuna.
    Drain and cool.
    Add celery, carrots and onion.
    Blend salad dressing and whipped cream.
    Add to tuna.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Serve immediately on a bed of lettuce.
    Yields 6 servings.
