Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. blueberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. butter
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Mix with blueberries.
Turn into 9-inch crust.
Sprinkle lemon juice and dot with butter.
Put top crust on and pinch edges firmly together.
Prick top with fork and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes or until brown.
