Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. white wine
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. hot chili
    whole peppercorns
    paprika
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Let water and all other ingredients (except mushrooms) come to a boil, mixing well.
    Add cleaned, trimmed mushrooms and let come to a boil again.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes; cool thoroughly.
    Let stand at least overnight.
